Garantibesiktning

Nu är det snart dags för garantibesiktning av er ägarlägenhet. Garantitiden går ut 2024-02-01 och besiktningen ska genomföras innan dess. Garantibesiktningen utförs av besiktningsman Pierre Sommar Byggbesiktningar AB.

Besiktningsmannen kommer att kontrollera om några fel uppstått i lägenheten under garantitiden. Vid garantibesiktningen ska konstateras fel som inte förelåg vid slutbesiktningen. Det betyder t.ex. att en sprucken kakelplatta, pga. rörelse i vägg, är en garantianmärkning medan en sned kakelplatta inte är en garantianmärkning.

Vid besiktningen deltar besiktningsman och representant från JM AB. Önskvärt är att fastighetsägaren deltar på besiktningen men har du/ni inte möjlighet att närvara måste tillträde ges genom att låset sätts i serviceläge. (se bild nedan) Ges inte tillträde kommer ingen garantibesiktning/efterbesiktning att göras.

Warranty inspection

Now it is almost time for the warranty inspection of your apartment. The warranty period expires 2023-02-01 and the inspection must be carried out before then. The warranty inspection is carried out by inspector Pierre Sommar Byggbesiktningar AB.

The inspector will check if any faults have occurred in the apartment during the warranty period. During the warranty inspection, errors that were not present during the final inspection most be found. This means e.g that a cracked tile, due to movement in the wall, is a guarantee note, while a slanted tile is not a guarantee note.

An inspector and a representative from JM AB participate in the inspection. It is desirable that the property owner participates in the inspection, but if you are unable to attend, access must be granted by putting the lock in service mode. (see picture below) If access is not granted, no warranty inspection/follow up inspection will be carried out.

Inspection of apartments at Önologgatan 3 will take place on 2024-01-22 at 08.00-15.00.
